Refund/Cancellation/Return Policies:

Please note that customers are required to record a video of parcel opening when receiving their order. If the product is found to be damaged or unsatisfactory, our customer support team will need the parcel opening video as proof. No video means no return.

We make every effort to fulfill all orders, but there may be situations where we must cancel an order. Reasons for cancellation include limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product details, pricing, or stock information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Our customer service team will communicate any order cancellations, and if your credit card has already been charged, the amount will be refunded.

Please contact our customer service if you wish to cancel an order. If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it and refund the entire amount, less any transaction or banking charges incurred by us. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled, which may occur shortly after order placement in some cases.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued in the same payment mode as the original purchase. For credit card or net-banking payments, the refund will be credited to your respective account. If you paid with Cash on Delivery (Cod), the refund will be credited to your website wallet, usable on www.mishx.com, or transferable to your bank account or PayPal. Typically, refunds take 5-6 business days to reflect in your bank account, but it may take longer depending on your credit card issuing bank.

Shipping and Cash on Delivery (Cod) Fees:

Any shipping or Cash on Delivery (Cod) fees charged will not be refunded.

Returns Policy:

The entire returns process takes approximately 6-8 business days, and we appreciate your patience.

We are committed to your satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery:

– In case a product is received in poor condition, damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can return it within 15 days of delivery.
– Do not accept delivery of items with damaged or tampered outer packaging. Contact customer care immediately if you discover any damage after opening the package.
– Products damaged during use do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
– If we cannot replace a damaged or defective product, we will refund the order amount.
– We will arrange for the reverse pickup of the product within 3-6 business days from the date of the request.
– In case of returns, you must send the products via courier, and we will refund the courier amount, up to a maximum of £2, upon submission of the courier receipt via email.
– Ensure proper packaging and retain the courier receipt given by the courier personnel.
– We will initiate the refund once the products reach our warehouse and necessary checks are completed.

Please note that while we strive to make the returns process as quick as possible, customers cannot claim any interest or penalty due to delays in reverse pickup, transit, or returns processing.

If you ordered multiple products, place return requests together for all items.

To protect our customers’ rights, we reserve the right to collect a shipping charge of £4 for all orders and deduct it from the Cash on Delivery amount or disable the Cash on Delivery option for accounts with a high percentage of returns.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers can cancel orders by contacting us through our helpline number or email address. After receiving the cancellation request, we will send a confirmation message to the customer’s registered mobile number and email address.
